Genovera TESAMORLIEN 15mg

Genovera Tesamorelin 15mg is a synthetic peptide analogue of the growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) used primarily for the reduction of excess abdominal fat in HIV-infected patients with lipodystrophy. It stimulates growth hormone secretion, which helps in reducing visceral fat and improving metabolic function. Dosage: Typically administered subcutaneously once daily, with a standard dose of 2 mg. 

Mechanism: It works by stimulating the pituitary gland to produce growth hormone, which is then released into the bloodstream. 

Side Effects: Common side effects include diarrhea, congestive heart failure, peripheral neuropathy, and loss of mobility. 

Warnings: It is contraindicated in pregnancy and can increase the risk of type 2 diabetes.
